He is a techno-functional professional, adept in implementing programs in alignment with business plans to drive growth and profit. Arun is an expert in implementing improved processes and management methods to generate higher ROI and workflow optimization, and providing mentoring and guidance to other employees.

Arun brings a customer-centric approach and leverages vast process knowledge in Revenue Cycle Management to enhance efficiencies, improve accuracy, and increase productivity for clients. Randy Farwell

Randy has 25 years of experience in the Healthcare Industry as a team builder, team leader, and national sales manager. He is passionate, dynamic, creative, and innovative. He has a successful career in the Healthcare Industry by maximizing business performance through a foundation of strategy, analytics, as well as people and culture development. Demonstrated success driving multi-million-dollar sales growth, developing, and building company infrastructures, building sales and business development teams, and executing sales strategies. He is known for strategy development and execution and has broad cross-functional experience in sales management and sales operations.

Randy will be leading our sales, business development, and marketing teams. He will be developing, implementing, and executing our sales, marketing, and growth strategies. He is dedicated to building leaders and helping others to achieve success. He will be creating new business opportunities and strategic partnerships for 4D Global Inc.

As the Senior Vice President of Shared Services, Peter oversees several critical functions that contribute to the company’s overall success. As Managing Director at 4D Global, Shyam oversees the strategic direction and operations of the company.

Shyam has completed the Advanced Program in FinTech and Financial Blockchain (APFFB) from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta, and the Certified Blockchain Expert™ (CBE) from the Blockchain Council. He has also completed the Disruptive Strategy Program from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford, equipping him with the ability to harness the power of disruption and transform business strategies.
